We believe learning can be best accomplished by practicing on patients. If cooking is best learned by preparing meals, implants can be learned most effectively while practicing on patients.
The BDG Live Surgery Residency is designed to help our attendees to learn different aspects of implant dentistry from beginner (single implant placement) to advanced GBR sinus graft, and all-on-x.
Each of the 5 modules have both didactic training and a live-surgery hands-on portion. The didactic course is held in Las Vegas and can be attended either in-person or via ZOOM.
Our intensive live-surgery program is held in Tijuana Mexico, 5 minutes from the border in a dental clinic located in the safe and affluent district of Zona Rio.
Attendees will be fully immersed in intense implant training. We only place 1 student doctor per chair to maximize the learning experience. The student doctor is guided by an experienced American implant dentist along with chair side assistance with well trained implant dentists. In a non-threatening environment, student doctors of all experience levels can learn implant dentistry, sinus lifts, full arch procedures and hard/soft tissue surgeries at their own pace, without the legal liabilities present in the U.S.
We have the ability to accommodate various skill levels in each of the themed courses. Our instructors are experienced implant dentists who will stand by and guide you step by step so you can learn procedures you never thought you could perform.

Sinus Lifts aren't as difficult as you might think! Dr. Justice and Dr. Ting believe that the best way to learn this technique is through repetition.
Students will not only learn to perform sinus lifts, but will also incorporate use of PRF and sticky bone. Most importantly, students will be taught the sinus membrane repair technique to help master the entire sinus lift procedure!
This course is perfectly suitable for a doctor who has never done sinus lifts, to doctors who have performed them but would like to sharpen their skills or learn more advanced techniques.
Live Surgery Implant Course in Tijuana, Mexico with Dr. Justice & Dr. Ting
$14,999 + fees includes hotel, meals, ground transportation, and all surgical supplies. One chair per student doctor (not shared), one-on-one instructor guidance, and highly-skilled surgical assistant included as well.

3 Full Days of Live-Patient Surgery (Thursday - Saturday) - Participants should schedule their travel to arrive in San Diego Wednesday afternoon/evening, and to depart from San Diego late morning on Sunday.
